According to many people we speak to there has

never been a more unhappy time at work. Many employees are fed-up and itching to leave -
but there aren’t the vacancies available for them to apply.Not everyone can appear in the Best Companies to Work for league tables but all organisations can learn something from the ones that do make the grade. Last year Fluid was heavily involved with projects around ‘survivor syndrome’ and to some extent these have

continued through the beginning of this year...


	Every week we read about adverse and irreversible changes to the environment, and most recently I noted some research in Australia linking rising temperatures in Melbourne to the increasingly early appearance of the common brown butterfly.


	Being a season ticket holder for the last 17 years for Burnley FC the last few months have been painful watching defeat after defeat as we inevitably slid back from the Premier League to the Championship, where most observers believe we belong.
