Beginning his career in banking, Tim moved on to a little known Northern recruitment bureau. From employing a handful of staff at a single site, the operation grew to become a leading international executive search & selection and HR consultancy, employing more than 100 people.
Picking up a number of respected awards along the way, Tim also gained his MCIPD qualification before becoming a poacher turned gamekeeper and forming fluid in 2006.
